Ramanujan's Master Theorem

A bit about the image

The image above is taken from Ramanujan's notes, which states his famous 'Master Theorem'. He used it extensively in his work. G.H.Hardy later claimed that it was one of Ramanujan's favourite results.

Assistant Professor

May 2016 - Present

I am currently a member of the Mathematics faculty at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai. Although my main responsibility is research, I have also taught graduate level courses, as well as participate in outreach programs.

Visiting Scientist

June 2015- April 2016

I was a visiting scientist at Indian Statistical Institute, New Delhi. My host was Prof. Arup Pal.

Marie Curie Fellow

April 2013- April 2015

I was a recipient of the Marie Curie Fellowship, co-funded by the Italian National Institute of Higher Mathematics (INdAM) at University of Rome (Sapienza). My host was Prof. Paolo Piazza.

Postdoctoral Fellow

August 2012- December 2012

I was a postdoctoral fellow under the KInd project of the French National Centre for Scientific Research(CNRS) at the University of Lorraine, France. My host was Prof. Jean-Louis Tu
